We proudly participate as in-network providers for BCBS PPO & Choice plans, Aetna, Optum-UBH / United Healthcare, and Cigna, while also accepting HSA and HRA plans. Additionally, we provide out-of-network care for clients opting for self-pay and may qualify for sliding scale payments through our adaptable self-pay options.
We accept all HIPAA-compliant payment methods, including cash, checks, debit and credit cards, as well as various digital payment options.
Therapeutic Services
Individual Therapy
A collaboration between the client and our licensed therapist aimed at tackling personal difficulties, increasing self-awareness, and fostering mental and emotional health. We offer support to clients aged 9 and up who are facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
Rehabilitation Counseling
Specialized counseling that helps individuals with physical, mental, emotional, or developmental conditions achieve personal, career, and independence goals. It empowers clients to overcome barriers, by providing support, guidance, and practical strategies tailored to their unique needs.
Holistic Wellness Practices
These practices approach mental health holistically, recognizing the links between physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Our licensed therapist will incorporate these methods into treatment plans to identify the root of trauma and promote comprehensive healing.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
A specialized therapy for children and teenagers that addresses emotional, psychological, developmental, and behavioral challenges, tailored to their unique needs and often involving collaboration with families, caregivers, and schools, using mediums like art and play tools.

What We Treat

Mood & Emotional Disorders

Common diagnoses include Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), an Conduct Disorder (CD).
